I met Shannon through the bootcamp we both attend (Thrive Bootcamp) at 5:45 am several times a week. You really get to know peoples "true" personality at 5:45 am ;) All the ladies at the early morning class are so much fun and Shannon is no exception. I was so excited when Shannon mentioned that she would like to get some family photos done. It is never an easy task with two little ones, trying to get them to smile and look at the camera. But Morgan and Shannon your children are true gems! Brooklynn was content the entire time and Blake was so polite. I would ask him to "sit here" or "can you do this?" He would always respond with a quick, cute and polite "ok."
Robin & Catherine | July 25th 2015 Part 2
...and the fun continued! Robin and Catherine requested Bear Creek Park as their location for their bridal portion of the day. No objections there! It is one of my favorite parks in the lower mainland and I often suggest it to clients. We were concerned about the rain, as it had poured the day prior and ended up raining the day after too! But once we arrived at Bear Creek Park the sun was out in full force and it was actually quite warm. The trees provided just enough shade for everyone! And, all the trees were still green which was extra nice, since everything seems to be yellow and dry due to our very hot summer. Then off to Hazelmere Golf and Tennis Club for a full night of delicious food, memorable speeches, crazy dance moves and a whole lot of fun! Seriously. Robin and Catherine have friends and family who know how to have fun. The dance floor was PACKED the entire night (Thanks Peter at Alltunes DJ Service) and their Nephew was the star of the show with some KILLER dance moves for a young lad. In order to get Robin and Catherine to kiss guests had to succeed at beer pong. And lastly, the night ended with some of their favorite treats, homemade cookies and egg rolls! Hard to pick a few favorites to show you, as there are MANY photos but here are a few to see a bit into their special day.

Robin & Catherine | July 25th 2015
Catherine and I played on the same soccer team several years ago and it was such an honor when she asked me to photograph her engagement session last June and wedding. Catherine and Robin are PERFECT for each other, there really are no words to describe how perfect, but I know their family and friends will attest to this fact. They had lots of out of town guests (many from the UK, which was super exciting since I was born and raised in England!) from all around the world. Their wedding was FUN from start to finish. All who attended and contributed to their special day were so happy and excited to be there. Me too! It is always an honor to be able to meet so many wonderful people who have contributed to Robin and Catherine's lives in one way or another. With a 14 hour wedding day I decided to split this blog post up in two, that way you get to see even more photos from their wedding! Starting with the wedding prep...Catherine kept mentioning how nervous and anxious she was...but as soon as her brand new baby niece was in the room she was calm and at ease. Check out the wedding prep and ceremony photos below. Family, bridal party, bride and groom and reception photos to come! Stay tuned. Make sure you follow me on instragram @hannahcumminsphotography and Facebook to see more.

Hare | Family Session
Kelsey is from Alberta but was visiting family in BC, so that gave us the perfect opportunity to get some family shots done. She came to her session with her two beautiful children Naomi and Scott. It is never an easy task to photograph two children under the age of two at a busy park ... even better a water park! But Scott and Naomi were such troopers with all my requests. We met at Rocky Point Park in Port Moody. Check out a few more from their session below.
Trying SO hard to share some sibling love...
